DSTV complaint

I bought a Dstv explora in June 2015 on dpp 24months payment,iv never missed a payment in 2019 September they attempted to take R37 000 from my bank account again in October,November n December,iv been calling them they keep saying we escalating the matter ,2020 January they said I xud pay R2600 fine I paid it ,same day I get cut of saying I owe them R1080 ,what the **** m I paying for coz the dpp contract should have needed in 2017 as I’ve never missed a payment ,is there any legal route I can take regarding this because no one has given them authoriisation to debit such money in my account,m failing to get a home lease agreement because of the money reflecting on my bank statements,
