Dstv complaint

I am so ****ed at the service that i have been experiencing from dstv, i am close to canceling my dstv, from rude "team leaders" such as Setudi Rapodila to agents giving incorrect information causing your account to be suspended, advising that they can see that their agent was wrong and will escalated the matter to management and they will contact you and yet i am still waiting, 3 weeks i have been sitting with this issue, as a paying customer. When i request call recordings, then they advise they can not be given to me, i will be taking this **** service further. I am seriously considering canceling dstv and i could rather join netflix. On a scale of 1 to a 1000 i will rate dstv - 20
