Dstv complains help center USELESS!!

I recently upgraded my DSTV decoder to an expora3. I unfortunately got a stupid dstv accredited installer who did not deactivate the old decoder, do now I was being double billed.

I've been calling dstv for more than two months now to get this issue. But they are just ****** useless.

NEVER TRUST A DSTV INSTALLER THAT HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING....THEY ARE JUST AS PATHETIC AS THE DSTV HEAD OFFICES!!!
