Dstv complain
The most terrible service, calling 4 times before someone can help, the 3rd person said the last digit of the id no looks like a l. She said she will get a second opinion , was holding 11 minutrs for a second opinion. The last lady was very helpful. As i am typing here, I'm holding for almost 19 minutes, Pathetic
