DSTV complain about Nondumiso

I signed up for the DSTV and internet deal of R779. Got debited more than I expected. My bill that was due this month was even more than I anticipated (R1200). I called in to find out and get clarity. My first call at around 17:17 today (14/09/2024) went through to Nomdumiso, it is clear Nondumiso does not value her job. She was so unhelpful and ready to pass me on to another department. Eventually I got through to another lady I forgot her name she was very helpful (Nomzamo or something like that). But I just wanna say, Sibongile who signed me up for the R779 deal on 11 August was so quick to signing me up but did not explain that there will be other charges. In addition, Nomdumiso was rude and unhelpful. I wish DSTv can address her and probably give her training on customer service.
