DsTV **** competitions & rewards!!!

I'm a premium customer for more than 20 years. Have been entering competitions and claiming rewards without any fuss, until July 2025 it started...claimed rewards took it to Krispy Creme, Mugg and bean and takelot vouchers expired the same night as claiming. It states 30 days. I did complain, keeping getting feedback they investigating this is from the rewards desk.

Last December, I received a call from DSTV lady said I won a prize confirm address. It was DSTV number I'm aware of it. I confirmed. Recieved an sms from DsTV to verify postage address, did so. I still have all communication. Called dstv rewards and emailed they investigating. Some tell me I have not won anything then who sent the sma it's dstv number. On-call centre agent said I did win but he can't verify what it us from their side.

Nothing to date....besides the usual complaints about the same thing aired, I am still a premium customer. But this is becomming deficult to stay a customer.

Broadcasting, airing, signal I can't faulter but why lie about competitions and don't respond to emails or tell us what happen with rewards and gifts.
