DSTV Compact Price Lock Black Friday Deal

In November 2019 is signed up for the Black Friday special for DSTV Compact the amount was R499.00 which comes with a decoder and installation. to this day im still waiting to be appointed an installer and in December they deducted R404.00 instead of the R399.00 that i normally pay for my subscription. when i called the call center they were not helpful because they told me to wait to be appointed an installer as there is nothing they can do on their side. so either they fetch the decoder and cancel the whole deal because im not happy with the level of service i have received so far.
