DSTV COMPACT PLUS PRICELOCK IS A ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I took up a dstv compact plus pricelock promotion for R649pm x24months in March 2020. The details of the promotion was R649 fixed for 24 months, free installation. To my surpise i am registered as a normal compact pus subscriber, i am being charged R49 installation fee for 24 months, there are other additional charges including a showmax subscription that i did not sign up for and surprisingly i dont even have a showmax account. I have called in before and was told that "Pricelock" is a 3rd party and DSTV multichoice does not have contact with them HOWEVER this product is being sold by DSTV themselves. They told me they are unable to assist me with my query because they dont have any form of contact with pricelock. The lady i spoke to today tells me my account has an outstanding fee of R99....so please correct me here, how is a debit order account in arrears when they have been successfully debiting every month......I AM SO DISGUSTED BY THIS. I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO CANCEL THIS **** PRODUCT. TO THINK I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 6 YEARS NOW......SIES
