Dstv compact + 400GB anytime data package
On 30 January 2024, I asked to be subscribed to the Dstv internet package with 400GB anytime data that goes with dstv compact for R749x 24 months.
I have received the new router and asked for activation, this was said to be activated but is not - Ref ***8, i am still connected using the old router as that 24 month contract for 50GB finished.
Now my Dstv compact package has been removed and i was told this was done in error, now i no channels to watch, 400GB anytime data is loaded on my old router. Everything is a mess, there's still no update on Ref #INC-*** when i ask for feedback. Now my account due for March is R836 for dstv compact package and 400GB anytime yet somehow my compact subscription package was removed in "error".

Thank you for the clarity on my account and sorting out the channels.
In regards to the internet, the 400GB internet is still pulling of from the old router, the new one fails to connect when i login the portal 192.168.0.1 and click on connect.
I have removed the sim from the new router and inserted it in my phone, I did receive the MTN sms. Placed back the sim in the new router but internet connection fails.
Please see router details below. Maybe there is a technical configuration that needs to be done on the back end to disable the old router?
