DSTV COMMITS ***** BY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

My account details were changed to debit order and my bank account was debited. I did not call in and change my method of payment to debit order or provide my bank details. Agent who changed my details without my permission and now i am told that their system will not allow them to change it back to cash. THIS IS ***** AND ****************. Manager i spoke to gave me her email address that doesnt work. THANKS FOR NOTHING AMELIA VERS!
