DSTV commits *****!

Don't sign-up and/or pay for any subscription online!

I did (6th April), DSTV's own subscription page takes you automatically to PayU for payment and takes your money.

Now 3 days later, they can't 'find' the payment (even after I sent the statement & it was done via THEIR automatc channel) so I still do not have an active subscription. Payment is also pro-rated, so I've actually lost about R80 already that DSTV took without activating my subscription.

I've spent HOURS with support & on the Live-chat with different agents all promising to help & get back to me.... BIG surprise,they never do.

At this point, I've written off the R600 - DSTV has just ****** this from me & aren't planning on fixing the problem.

Do NOT use this online subscription/payments! It is NOT secure & DSTV will simply use it to ***** your money.
