Dstv commits *****!

Last month I paid my DSTV account via eft as I have been doing for years. Out of the blue a debit order was processed on my account leaving me out of pocket for weeks and also without my consent. After several back and forth correspondence I was refunded. I made clear that I never authorised the debit order and did not want DSTV taking money from my account. Now a month later I get an sms advising of my debit order. What or Who gives DSTV the authority to just run a debit order off a customers account? Do they feel that they just have authority to do this without consent. This is ********** behaviour and completely disgusting from what is supposed to be a reputable company. I want this debit order cancelled! I never authorised it!!!!!!!!!
