DSTV collects subscription money for no service

DSTV has ****** and is bullying me

I have a DSTV compact subscription with DSTV for which I pay R 472

All along I have been paying and in February 15 , I used self help DSTV WhatsApp to check check my balances it said R 447 I paid R 500 and after that my channels blocked

When I tried to find out why DSTV said I Owe them about R 1 472

I asked why they said I have other subscriptions and compact extra

Today the 24/02/2024 I called their headquarters and they told me that I activated extras on the 15 Feb and they won’t cancel the debt, this is a lie because I have records where I said no to extras and extra subscription, but they are insisting they despite the proof.

The team leader was arrogant towards me after all the financial contributions that I have over the years even when there was no one watching tv

But they won’t listen to me

They took my R 500 of this month and I am getting no service at all

I am using my airtime to call them since then, they have no mercy

They are not refunding me, I need it back so that I can rather watch showmax or Netflix
