DSTV Collections Company Torture

I Opened My DSTV Account 2Years Ago /Year Ago. I Was Told That It Is Not A Contract And When I Decide Not To Pay It's OK Because I'm Not In A Contract. I've Decided Since I'm Never Home Let Me Rather Stop Paying DSTV. It's Beem 3/4 Months Without Their Service But I'm Being Tortured By A Collections Company Called "Blake And Associates" Claiming I Owe DSTV R150. I Politely Asked The Consultant To Plead Explain To Me What Is That Amount For Since DSTV Is Not A Contract And It Was Mentioned On Their Call Recording. He Said He Can Send Me An Email, I Blatantly Refused And Asked Him To Explain Since He Was Instructed To Call Me. He Still Had No Explanation Instead He Cut The Call. I'm Still Dumbfounded On How Come I Owe DSTV Whereas I Have Not Been Using Their Services And I'm Not Contracted To Them, They Were On A Month To Month Term. It Frustrates Me Really Because No Seems To Know What Is R150 For And Why Should I Even Pay That Amount. I'm So Angry Really.
