DSTV CLOWNS!!!!!!!!!

I have paid for a DSTV Streaming account, but the channels are not connected, I have called the call center twice. the first person said they would escalate the matter the second person just left me on hold for over 20 minutes until I had to hang up. it has not cost me over R100 in airtime to call them and they still haven't resolved the issue. this is not the first time this has happened with DSTV. be aware of this when purchasing a streaming package. Their call center agents are not well trained at all and cannot solve basic problems. CLOWNS!!!!!!!!! so in summary R699 for a premium membership and R100+ in airtime spent and still no DSTV channels. no wonder they are bombing.
