DStv closing channels!

Channels 170 and 186 show on the info banner that they will be discontinued as from 1/11/2019. Another person has complained that the Portuguese channel has also been discontinued. How many other channels are being discontinued?? Should one have to go through each and every channel to find out if they are being discontinued! Surely there should be a notification/email whatever to inform us of this type of change. 170 and 186 are two of my most watched channels, I suppose it is too much to expect DStv(Multichoice) to be reducing the monthly premium due the reduction in the number of channels!! Highly unsatisfactory situation. I am seriously looking at going to Netflix.
