DSTV client services Simply Suck

Service is pathetic to say the least. Irrespective who takes over the business, the DNA does not speak for client centricity hence the business will fail and lose more of its subscribers. The only thing keeping g this business relevant is their sports offerings...everything else sucks. Bought their insurance policy and it has been forever for them to fix up a query. However as slow as their responses are, actually no response, they are masters in threatening to switch off services. Shame on them
