Dstv charges me for internet but doesn't load it

I swear dstv hates me but loves my money, last month I complained that they disconnected my dstv internet after they debit order. After 2 weeks they added my dstv internet again on my app but took my data basically I paid for nothing, today again debited for dstv compact + internet but didn't load my data. I called the level of disrespect and don't care attitude I got from their agent but I'm not shocked seems they are trained to be ride to customers

Please note that this is 2nd debit order where you take money for internet but don't load data, you keep saying you'll fix it yet 3 weeks later still no data but you able to debit for data again yesterday knowing you not loading it.
