Dstv charges

Good evening. I am struggling a lot with extra charges that are done on a weekly if not daily base on my multichoice account. If not disconnected my PVR functions get stopped. I have made numerous phone calls and struggle to receive proper assistance. I am emotionally exhausted and need assistance urgently.
