DStv Charged Me for a Box Office Movie I couldn't watch

Paid for Afrikaans Movie – Still No Access and No Access

I am a DStv full package subscriber and recently rented an Afrikaans movie. The charge was immediatelyFollow-Up from DStv

added to my account, but when I tried to watch it, only the trailer played – the full movie never loaded, leaving me with a blank screen.

I called DStv several times, spending a significant amount on airtime, yet my issue remains unresolved. An employee promised to get back to me, but I am still waiting for that call.

It is unacceptable to take payment for a product that cannot be delivered, and then fail to resolve the issue or even follow up. I expect either the movie to be made available immediately or a full refund without further delay. So so disappointed with DSTV SERVICE!!!
