DSTV charge me without Decoder
Tonight I received a sms stating that my DSTV explorer account has been activated without me having received my decoder. DSTV is running with a special for R899p/m where you get the explorer plus installation for that amount but I was first phoned by the Currier company to deliver my parcel but they went and took in to Secunda where I made it clear when I ordered the special I stay in Pretoria. Now I phoned DSTV and they tell me the decoder was delivered without me having it?????<br> <br> As a customer this so frustrating while I paid R149 for delivery and would probably need to pay twice as my current subscription is also running. I am so upset with DSTV!!!<br> <br> Ref nr on phone call is ***7I17
