DStv channels not working all of a sudden

My DSTV is not displaying all of the channels all of a sudden. Nothing has changed in the past year butt now there are channels not working. Error e38-32. I was Told to restart which I have done 10 times. I was told to take to centre to test decoder which also didn't work. I don't see what has changed that makes the channels any different. I'm told to get an installer in. How will that solve the issue if it was always working. Is this a money making ****.

In that case i may as well cancel. I can't have additional costs every few months when DSTV is unstable.
