DSTV Channels lost

A few days ago I noticed that I have lost certain of my channels on both my explora and extraview standard PVR, now the channels are back on the standard PVR but I still cannot access the channels on my explora. Also my TV guide shows no information. I called the *** number and struggled for hours to get hold of them.
