DSTV - Change of Ownership....Ridiculous

I recently gave my Aunt's (who passed away in November) DSTV decoder to a charity shop to sell so they would benefit. Someone bought it and I filled out the necessary forms that one can down load for change of ownership and emailed them to DSTV. Now they come back and say they need Executorship letters, Executorship proof of ID, Death Certificate, Account number, Aunt's ID, underpants and DNA sample...It ridiculous! All for a R200 little decoder! I must run around for DSTV to get all this info and hand it in so a new owner can use the decoder. No wonder they are loosing customers! Too much Red Tape for a little decoder. So will rather bin the Decoder and not have this aggravation to help someone else watch DSTV and would be a paying customer. They tell the new owner that she must buy a new decoder. So desperate to sell a new decoder for money DSTV? Rather encourage a new viewer instead of giving buyer and sellers them the run around with nonsense and this list of requirements to change ownership.
