DSTV Change of Ownership Dissapointment!!!

I am writing out of frustration as I have been applying for a change of ownership for a DSTV decoder ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER : ***, I was supposed to be assisted by Ndivhuwo Ramabulana yet it has been a month now with no happiness.

The message i consistently get from them is: Thank you for getting in touch with DStv Customer Care. Please be advised that due to a slight technical glitch we are unable to process the change of ownership. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, kindly email us within the next 24 hours for assistance.

I am extremely dissapointed with this customer at this point it cant this complicated :(
