DSTV change of ownership disgrace
It has been 6 days that I tried to get a change of ownership done on an Explora 2 device that I bought. I am beyond frustrated because I cannot get a telephone number to contact the persons who do the change of ownership. I live in Thabazimbi and our DSTV walk in shop does not do the change if ownership. It reflects very poor on DSTV. I am at a point where I will cancel my subscription. Customer number ******8

12 Oct 2019, 08:41Last night dstv phoned me to say the change of ownership has been done I must just phone in to activate the Explora. Doing that this morning, I am told the Explora can’t be activated because the change of ownership has not been done. That’s it! Worst service provider in South Africa!!!!!!!!!!! Good bye DSTV
