DSTV change of ownership circus.

I bought a 2nd hand decoder on Saturday 24th September, got it connected with my smart card, gave an error saying smart card error, call the call centre, i did this only to be told to fill in a change of ownership form, went back to the previous owner of the decoder, filled in info and re-submitted the details, than i get told, R22.54 is outstanding on the old owners account, they will not continue unless I get the previous owner to pay his account, really, I must do DSTV Credit Control now, unbelievable, i complained about how this is not my job to collect money for DSTV, they sent me an email cancelling my change of ownership query, stating, ' I must get the previous owner to pay his account of R22.54, until than, they will not assist me any further. ' So now, I work for DSTV, without the pay, doing what their lazy ass credit control department cannot do.

So i get a call today from the previous owner of the decoder, he says that dstv called him, he paid an amount, only to be told they gave him the wrong details and that my account(new decoder owner) account has been credited, I called the call centre, whooopppeeee, another run around, I get told to send the email for the change of ownership to yet another email address so that it can be followed up. I just hung up.
I give up, how can you employ such *********** people, do thy even get any training?
The noise in the background where the person assisting me is sitting is so loud, she starts raising her voice at me because her colleagues are making a noise and she cannot here, let alone me hearing her. I am still no closer to getting this resolved.
DSTV....yeah,
