DSTV change of ownerhsip frustrating experience

So DSTV wants to know why they are losing market share? I am trying to effect a change of ownership on a DSTV from a house that I bought. Several phone calls later, including a marathon call on the call centre (2 hours at my cost), its still not done. Major reason? They cant find my emails in their inbox, or cannot find the ID copies. The supervisor has to go to a meeting (internal meeting I am sure), and they just hung up. So internal meetings more important than the customer. To the call centre person assisting, full credit. She was limted by her supervisor. Yes DSTV in my view just dont have their act together when it comes to resolving client problems. Their business model is archaic, they cannot compete against the newcomers TV streamers. If it wasn't for the RWC (and my wife wanting DSTV), I really would not bother to subscribe. It's sad, I grew up with DSTV like we all did and where did they go wrong?
