DSTV Central Finance stalling on unallocated payments
When I re-instated DSTV Premium on the DSTV self portal, it requested an payment of R1,052.81 which I paid whilst in the DSTV portal. The amount went off twice. But I am also on a debit order with DSTV and DSTV took the premium subscription from my bank too. On providing proof of the triple payment, I was told the 2 credit card payments are unallocated payments and that DSTV *** will assist me. They emailed me to say the matter was escalated to Central Finance. Two weeks later and not a single word - just silence.
