DSTV catchup unreliable service.

DSTV catchup must be the most unreliable service there is. I'm a premium subscriber and consistently episodes that should be on catchup are not there. At present Equalizer is not there and the comment I get from DSTV help is "This is due to a number of reasons, including the physical storage capacity (20 hours) on PVR decoders "seriously Khuliso Mulaudzi. On the 28 March 2021 I sent them an am email listing the ridiculous excuses I have received and I repeat the them here: Do a hard reboot. Do a soft reboot. It is a manual process to load an episode. It is a computer glitch. My Encoder is incorrectly installed.Get the installer out to rectify.Which I did at my cost?????????????? It is a pity I live on a plot and so we do not have cable as I would have gone to other service providers as ALL my friends have done. C de Jager
