DSTV Catchup not working.
My dstv catchup has not been working for two weeks now. Have phoned them on numerous occasions no help. Also my Extra view doesn't work either error E143. They tell me that they have a exiting problem with catchup but I cant log a fault or get a reference nr. They have also increased my account to r1021? .

The monthly subscription is R919:
R819 for the DStv Premium package.
R100 for PVR functions and Xtra View set up.
Currently the account has a balance of R103.98, also due, this is for Holiday Home activation in March.
