The chat service is up to **** I have been struggling with the same problem now for months - i only have limited stuff to view on my catch-up on my other devices and this typing for answer is totally BS why cant you phone any more

18 Sept 2020, 14:28This is been going on for months and this issue is becoming a BIG problem now i travels a lot and then i sit with i issue trying to explain myself over a chat - om on my pc whole day and the. I have to sit and chat and wait foor replies - go back to phone calls please and don't limit them to Assists over a phone
