DSTV CATCH UP & BOX OFFICE NOT WORKING

My Catch Up and Box Office is not working, despite the number of calls made to DSTV, where the call centre agent was very rude and hung up the phone on me, 2 times, i am paying for this service, i was told there is a technical error affective most customers, no communication was made, i am paying for this service yet i cannot utilize it nor know when it will be resolved

this is unacceptable and i cannot keep calling your useless contact centre with agents who are not there to serve your customers but be rude and do as they please, i ask again... when will this be resolved

what do i have to do for this to be resolved? will i be reimbursed for the time the service has not been working as i was not informed of any issues you are experiencing
