Dstv capitec promo deal

Terrible pathetic service from DSTV. These idiots are running a campaign of compact at R339 if you subscribe to the debit order capitec deal. They called me yesterday regarding the deal and I signed up for it. My dstv has been off ever since then! No ****** agent can help,all they will say is that they are escalating the call. It's been more than 48 hours without TV. I'm ****** annoyed at this idiots. How hard can it really be to activate a simple dstv? I'm told I can't cancel the deal before 6 months,yet I can't even watch tv. I'm so annoyed?
