DSTV can't refund for a box-office movie that is technically faulty

I rented a movie on Box Office and was charged on my account. However thd Movie would not play on my decoder. I rebooted the decoder, checked thd internet was working.

It was impossible to get help through their automated system. The customer email is no longer in use. Thd Business email could jlnot help. But advised me to use the Whatapp channel and vhouse the option to buy a decoder! That sure got a quick response! Unfortunately, the operator could not process a refund. Do I'm R40 out of pocket and seemingly Multichoice is unable to help their long standing customers.
