Dstv can’t get their act together

I paid my account on the 2nd of October,but I keep on getting sms saying my account has been suspended.I phoned several times & this was corrected,but this morning again I got same sms & my account is blocked.What’s wrong with you multichoise?This is really disgusting we are paying too much for **** service.
