DSTV cannot trace funds paid to it and don't care

Fourth Time writing another review for an institution who: 1. takes money from the account 2. does not give the service 3. is given proof from FNB that they took the funds 4. promises to contact you (but does not) 5. when they do contact you, they confirm that they are working with FNB to trace the money and will send an email confirming (as requested) 6. do not send an email 7. do not refund the monies

The cycle repeats. Once again I trust the efficient Hello Peter Team will forward another pithy communication that my issue has been noted and is been 'investigated.' I will await a phone call. Be ignored by the whats app line and not be assisted by the loosely termed customer 'care' consultants.

Please give the money that you took out of our account back.
