DSTV cannot deliver as usual

Been trying all day to get to the Rugby on our premium package which is not happening. A company that is worth millions cannot even let their viewers get access to the WC Rugby. Absolutely ridiculous. Have a whole group coming to watch at our place and well we now have to cancel as we cannot view it.

What am I paying for again??????
