DSTV cannot clear ERROR CODES.

I have had my DSTV installed by an accredited installer years ago. I have never had any issues with anything, last night i got home and my secondary decoder keeps on saying waiting for communication from primary. I have spoke to two ladies from there call centre one is telling me i must get a credited installer and they must re install me, the other one says i must take both decoders in the DSTV to check it. So why must i spend more money on this ****. I need to speak to my husband maybe i can go the Netflix and pay Showmax separately and not through these money making people. To be honest DSTV is a money making ****.
