DSTV cannot activate my holiday home packages due to maintenance

I have 2 holiday homes, Kanya lodge and Kombisa lodge. for 2 days i cannot get DSTV to connect/activate my 2 holiday homes to Dstv premium as they are offline. Consultants say that it will be for a long time and cannot say when it will be back online.. My guests are furious and blaming me for BAD SERVICE!!!
