DSTV cancellation.

While many people dislike DSTV for obvious reasons, it was something that my father enjoyed for the sport. While he was alive it was his escape from old age. Now that he is gone, I no longer needed it and so I cancelled. I was surprised - the process was relatively painless, so far. I cancelled via Facebook, and the account was closed. The interaction wasn't great, but it wasn't unpleasant, apart from the sarcastic "Bye" from some random individual at the end. Hopefully they don't bill me again at the end of the month, but otherwise they may have woken up to the fact that cancellation handling is as important as any other part of the process.
