DSTV cancellation

The hustle of cancelling packages is soo frustrating . The service when you want to change packages or cancel is soo frustrating. I literally spent more than an hour trying to find the customer care number which kept referring me to useless links. I do not understand why subscription is easy but cancellation soo difficult.
