DSTV CANCELLATION

Dear DSTV, I am no longer working as am now a pensioner after being retrenched. I would like to cancel/close my DStv account and sell my decoders. Just close cancel what links me to dstv, I can no longer afford the service as I am struggling to cover basic living costs.

Please advise on the cancellation process and what documents you require from me.
