DSTV Can't Get Anything Right

I've been wanting to get a DSTV explora for a while. For the last 3 months I've been texting DPP to 31448 and 32444, but have had no response. Finally, I phone MultiChoice ***) on Saturday morning. I spoke to one of their call center agents. He assured me that as I am a premium subsciber they will deliver and install my explora by Monday at the latest. Monday came and went. On Wednesday I finally decided to call MultiChoice. The next call center agent - Mervyn - told me my decoder should have been delivered and gave me the number for their dispatch ***) to find out where the Decoder is. I phoned dispatch and got put through to someone else about 6 times. At one point I had someone shouting Hendrik at the top of their voice in my ear for about 5 minutes while I held. Finally I spoke to Jabu who informed me that I should never have been put through to dispatch. He took my name and number and assured me he would get Multichoice or head office to call me to sort this all out. I'm still waiting. What a shocker. With the amount I pay each month for DSTV, you would expect first class service. I still have no idea what is going on or where my decoder is. I'm furious.
