Dstv can not provide a paid for service

Please do not waste any money on an Explora because DSTV can not deliver the Dstv plus services which you pay for in your explora package. It has been not working since Saturday and after 6 calls to them every single day I would hear the same excuse over and over " the technichians is working on the problem" I can understand why most of our friends is laughing at us still using DSTV because they all use android boxes or MI boxes with absolutely no problems. I am also looking now to rather use the internet based options , best is when I asked if DSTV are going to refund me for the services I can't use they said I get these services for free and must be glad they provide it to us.
