DSTV CallCentre is a Joke

I am sick and tired of this company, the service from the Call Centre is lousy. I stayed for 4days without DSTV for the 1st time after 10years. The call centre didn't know how to fix it , they all referred me to WhatsApp or Self-service. Agents I spoke to were rude and there is this new thing that is becoming a norm, if they don't know how to fix an issue they put you on hold for very long and then they hang up. I went to a DSTV Agency shop and the issue was fixed within 3minutes. This morning I contacted the call centre again to cancel a ShowMax Subscription I never activated. They didn't know how to assist, I had to call twice nd the 2nd person put me on hold for 12 minutes then hung up.
