DSTV Call Centre needs to do better
I was not getting all my channels on DSTV and called the call centre but they were unable to assist so I called a technician and he fixed the problem with my very own remote. Even though it was a quick fix and didn't even use a single tool I still need to pay a call out fee. DSTV call centre needs to do better.
