Dstv call centre is pathetic!!

I called into the call centre on Saturday (06/07/2019) to upgrade and spoke to a lady who was absolutely rude and stated she don't care if I complain on social media and she then cut the call on me. I then called in on Sunday (07/07/2019) and spoke to a guy to upgrade my package and he kept me on the phone for over half an hour not knowing how to assist and then a lady takes over and says the guy needed to take another call and she then gives me a different amount to pay of which I did and now my dstv is disconnected again. The lady whom I spoke to last is Zama Mngadi Reference ***0-i79 on Sunday the 07/07/2019. The service is absolutely pathetic and I want a call from the head of department explaining the errors and how it is going to be rectified today.
