DSTV CALL CENTRE CAPE TOWN IS DISAPPOINTING. (PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE)

I really do not know whether DSTV Cape Town call centre agents know what the meaning of customer service is. DSTV as a whole is so quick to lock your account yet you do not get value for money whereby they are repeating the shows everyday. My account got locked today because apparently i was owing R199 for a Showmax subscription that was added on my account. Eventually i called the call centre and spoke to a Nondumiso Mthethwa who was unwilling to assist and when i wanted to speak to a manager so i can find some sort of solution to resolve the issue she placed me on hold and dropped the call. The customer service is pathetic which will lead to me cancelling and going with another Service Provider. I'am utterly disappointed in the kind of of i don't care attitude that the DSTV call centre Cape Town agents have. I called because i needed to speak to someone so that i would arrange payment for Showmax and i was told that even the finance department cannot assist.
