Dstv call centre assistands ***********
Box office renting not working it shows a message to scan or send code.sending the code results in a sms stating my cell is not registered.I call the call centre after 40min on the phone they could not sort it.checking on my profile shows ny nr is correct.re registration on box office message says the cell nr is active still cannot rent a movie.Vall centre assistands useless.

12 Jun 2023, 11:37I received a call the person I could not get his name said the problem was solved tested it again this morning same problem this time i get a message something went wroen try again. tried 5 times same problem I can only hope that someone may be able to solve this other wise i think it is best to just rent movies on line and forget about DSTV the service is very bad
